Closing Specialist

Duties include all aspects of real estate/property purchase transactions from contract to closing; perform title and lien searches; resolve closing requirements such as insurance, required repairs and inspections, lien defects or encumbrance clearance; prepare closing documents including settlement statements/HUDs and disclosures; prepare title commitment, insured closing letter, tax certification, chain of title letter, etc.; confer with Spanish speaking clients in English, or with the assistance of an interpreter, or in Spanish to discuss final closing statements; and review signed closing packages for accuracy.

Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.  Degree coursework must include Risk Analytics, Risk Modeling, Risk Management and Insurance, Financial Risk Management, Valuation, and Loan Structure.
